I'm Jason Parks. For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of speaking to churches, businesses, schools, government leaders, and organizations around the world. I love helping people grow, lead well, communicate better, and believe that anything is possible.

I'm a pastor and keynote speaker who genuinely loves people. I've spent more than 20 years leading organizations and speaking to people in all kinds of settings, from churches and conferences to businesses, schools, government organizations, and communities around the world. What I've learned is pretty simple. People matter.
Whether I'm talking about leadership, communication, culture, purpose, or faith, I want people to leave with something that helps them live and lead better. I've learned that I may not be able to add days to people's lives, but I can add lives to people's days.

Ministry is at the heart of who I am. I've spent my life preaching the Gospel, pastoring people, and telling anyone who will listen about the hope we have in Jesus. Why I Speak
I've spoken to more than 2,100 audiences over the last 20 years, and I still walk into every room believing everyone in the room matters. That's really why I speak.
Sometimes I'm talking about leadership or communication. Sometimes I'm helping a team think differently about the way they lead people. Other times I'm opening the Bible, preaching the Gospel, or telling someone that there is hope in Jesus. The room may change, but what matters to me doesn't.
I want people to leave better than they came. I want the leader who has been struggling to see a way forward. I want someone who has started doubting themselves to believe again. I want people to know their life has purpose. And when I'm preaching, I want people to meet Jesus.
I've had the privilege of speaking in some places I never imagined I would go and to people from all kinds of backgrounds. I'm grateful for every opportunity. But I've never wanted to speak simply to have a stage. I speak because I believe people matter, and I believe what happens in a room can make a difference long after everyone goes home.
